Today, the 8th Assembly of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was held online and involved delegates of Russian regional chambers of commerce and industry, for-profit enterprises, different unions and associations of entrepreneurs who are members of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as representatives of the Russian Federal Assembly, executive authorities, and public organisations.
The assembly has summed up the results of activities of the Chamber’s members and associates over the years since the previous assembly (March, 2016), identified priorities for 2021-2025, and elected the Chamber’s head management.
The delegates re-elected Sergey Katyrin as President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The assembly also approved the Chamber’s new Council and Board. Director General of EXPOCENTRE AO Sergey Bednov was elected into the Chamber’s Council.
