Lesdrevmash has been the Russian timber industry’s largest trade show for more than 50 years. It contributes to the development of the logging and woodworking sectors and provides companies with excellent opportunities to demonstrate their products and equipment to a professional audience, attract potential customers and conclude profitable contracts.

According to the Russian National Exhibition Rating, based on the results of an international event audit, Lesdrevmash has the best professional audience both quantity and quality wise.

This year, Lesdrevmash 2024 takes place simultaneously with the Rusweld 2024 International Exhibition for Welding and Cutting Equipment, Technologies and Materials.

Show highlights

The show’s special feature is the demonstration of exhibits in operation. The exhibited machinery and equipment cover the entire production chain from logging to production of furniture and building materials. 

For the first time, Lesdrevmash will introduce Supplier Day on September 10. It will include a series of important B2B events dedicated to a wide range of issues related to procurement and sales of forest products such as timber, sawn timber, wood boards, plywood, furniture, and wood biofuel.

Russian suppliers will have a great opportunity to present their products to foreign buyers, hold negotiations on timber exports, attend procurement workshops, and agree on the supply of their products in one day.

                      

 Conference programme

Meetings, negotiations, conferences and panels during the exhibition help to generate effective direct contacts and new sales leads. The exchange of knowledge and experience ultimately leads to the development of businesses, and consequently to the development of the whole industry.

The main topics of this year’s conference programme will be equipping production facilities in the current economic conditions, the Russian national forest certification system, business development, logistics, production automation and personnel training for the timber processing industry.
