EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds has opened its doors to the MODERN BAKERY MOSCOW|CONFEX 2025 International Trade Fair of Equipment & Ingredients for Bakery and Confectionery and GOTOVO 2025, which shows everything for the ready-to-eat food industry. Both shows are organised by Gefera Media with the support of the Russian State Duma, the Russian Council of Federation, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, and the Moscow City Government.
The shows occupies a net area of 6,000 square metres to demonstrate technologies, equipment, ingredients and raw materials for production of bakery and confectionery products; packaging solutions; solutions for storage and transportation of food products; equipment for bakeries, pastry shops; refrigeration equipment and technologies; production hygiene, ingredients, raw materials and additives; heating and refrigeration equipment for food production; semi-finished and ready-to-eat products for B2B segment, and other technological innovative solutions. More than 250 companies from Russia, Belarus, China, Czechia, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, and Turkiye take part in the shows.
The events reflect all the changes taking place in the industry in the current conditions such as the departure of some foreign suppliers from the Russian market and the emergence of new players, the need to restructure business processes and establish other logistics routes, the growth of production costs, etc.
This year, the GOTOVO section has grown into an independent exhibition bringing together leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, packaging solutions, ingredients, and semi-finished products for the ready-to-eat food industry.
The visitors will enjoy an extensive conference programme dedicated to the most relevant issues of the bakery and confectionery markets, as well as the ready-to-eat food industry. It will include different symposia, briefings, business clubs, panels, conferences and workshops for top managers and other industry professionals. The 5th Confex. Confectionery Expertise International Business Forum will once again serve as a platform for discussion of current issues of the confectionery industry. Specialised enterprises will have an opportunity to get acquainted with new equipment and ingredients for confectionery production. Traditionally, there will be an award ceremony for the winners of the 16th edition of The Best Bread of Russia competition.
There will be also the first award ceremony for the winners of The Best Gingerbread of Russia competition. On the first day of the shows, the GOTOVO conference will offer key players of the ready-to-eat food market every opportunity to discuss trends and prospects of industry development, automation and robotisation of production, talk about the most interesting innovative solutions for modern factory-kitchens, as well as share cases on promotion of ready-to-eat food and application of artificial intelligence.
The show is open until 28 March.
