The 24th Exhibition and Fair of Folk Arts and Crafts – Firebird. Spring 2025 has opened at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds. The event is organised by Handicraft Center with the assistance of the Russian Handicraft and Art Association, with the support of the Union of Folk Arts and Crafts, and with the participation of EXPOCENTRE AO as a co-organiser.
The show brought together more than 500 participants from 52 regions of Russia, including leading folk arts and crafts enterprises, distinguished masters, craftsmen, creative associations and group regional displays. The Kostroma, Vladimir, Vologda Oblasts, Krasnoyarsk Krai, the Republic of Crimea, Udmurtia and many others demonstrate their crafts.
The visitors will see a wide range of folk arts and crafts such as textiles, ceramics, porcelain, jewellery, toys, designer gifts, and much more. They are also welcome to attend masterclasses on various types of folk arts, including special playgrounds for children. The cultural programme includes performances of folk groups and shows of collections of clothes and accessories made in both traditional and original styles.
Firebird is an important event for the whole industry, creating conditions for professional networking, establishing business relations, promoting national brands, and expanding the sales market. For hospitality companies, participation in the fair is an opportunity to get acquainted with the best products, update the assortment, and establish direct contacts with manufacturers.
The show is open until 6 April.
