VODEXPO 2024 and the 8^th Russian Water Congress have opened the doors at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

The show and congress are organised by the Russian Association for Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment with the support of the Russian Government, the Russian Federation Council, the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities, and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

There are 119 companies from Belarus, China, India, Russia and Turkiye that are demonstrating advanced technologies and digital solutions for the development of the water sector, projects for the protection, rehabilitation and rational use of water resources, construction and reconstruction of hydraulic structures, reclamation systems, port infrastructure, hydropower facilities, heat and water supply, and wastewater disposal.

The conference programme includes the Plenary Session on Russia's Water Resources for Achieving National Development Goals: New Challenges and Tasks up to 2030, the Panel Discussion on How to Effectively Use the Water Potential of Regions: Legal, Financial and Environmental Aspects, and the Research and Practice Youth Conference on the Current Issues of Ecology and Security.

Currently, VODEXPO is the main show of research and technical achievements and innovations, as well as water technologies for the water sector in Russia.

The show is open till June 20.
