The 35^th anniversary edition of the International Exhibition for Furniture, Fittings and Upholstery Materials – Mebel 2024 – has opened at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

More than 950 companies from 9 countries, Russia, Belarus, China, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Turkiye, the USA and Uzbekistan, are presenting their products on the area of more than 70,000 square metres. All regions of Russia take part in Mebel 2024. Eight regions, Arkhangelsk, Kaliningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Penza, Sevastopol, Ulyanovsk, Vladimir Oblasts and Mari El Republic, are presenting their products at group stands.

Over the years, Mebel has become the leading platform for the presentation of new products and advanced solutions in the furniture industry of Russia and Eastern Europe. The showcase features furniture in the following categories: furniture for city apartments, country houses, offices and public spaces, specialised furniture, accessories and interior items, materials, components and fittings, furniture and interior fabrics, interior and furniture design, smart technologies, etc. 

The conference programme, which includes more than 40 events with leading industry experts. It has opened with the 6^th Russian Conference of Furniture Manufacturers, organised by the Association of Furniture and Woodworking Enterprises of Russia (AMEDORO). The plenary session was attended by Anton Alikhanov, Russian Minister of Industry and Trade, Alexander Shestakov, President at AMEDORO, Timur Irtuganov, General Director at AMEDORO, and leading industry experts.

The show is open until November 22.
