On March 1 and 2, Russian Construction Week will feature two plenary sessions with representatives of all the industry's agencies and ministries, as well as leading manufacturers of building materials and construction companies.

The week will be opened on March 1 by the 7^th Russian Meeting on the Development of Housing Construction in the Russian Federation. The participants will discuss the key points of development of the construction industry, pricing policy for construction materials, measures of state support of green construction, mortgage lending, creation of quality infrastructure, personnel training and other issues.

Leading developers, representatives of state authorities, development institutes and public organisations have confirmed their participation in the Russian Construction Week 2022 events as speakers. Among them are PIK, FSK, Brusnika, VEB.RF, DOM.RF and many others. Among invited speakers determining state policy in construction industry are Marat Khusnullin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Irek Faizullin, Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities, Denis Manturov, Minister of Industry and Trade, Sergey Katyrin, President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and others.

On March 2, the plenary session on the 2nd Russian Meeting on the Development of Building Materials Production will take place. Several important practical issues will be discussed: summing up the results of the Russian building materials industry in 2021 and plans for 2022, the investment potential of the building materials industry, the industry development prospects, the digitalisation of the building materials industry and other topics. 

Viktor Evtukhov, State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Alexander Ruchyev, Chairman of the Council of the National Association of Manufacturers of Building Materials, Products and Structures, President of the Osnova Group; Sergey Muzychenko, Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation; Andrey Shevchenko, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Federal Structure, Regional Policy, Local Government and Northern Affairs; Sergey Kolesnikov, President of TechnoNicol, Anton Shalaev, Head of the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology, and Mikhail Viktorov, President of the National Association of Organisations in the Field of Information Modelling Technologies, are invited to participate. 

Russian Construction Week 2022 will be held at Expocentre Fairgrounds from March 1 to 4 and include the 3^rd International Exhibition for Building and Finishing Materials and Technologies RosBuild 2022, Low-rise Housing Salon, Building the Future of Russia Together Forum.
