Prodexpo 2022, the 29th International Exhibition for Food, Beverages, Food Raw Materials, will take place on 7-11 February at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

The exhibition is arranged by thematic salons. Traditionally, retail and HoReCa buyers are greatly interested in the Prodexpo Organic salon. In 2022 the salon’s goods range will cover all product sectors: meat, dairy, confectionary, groceries, vegetables, fruits, beverages, spices, superfoods. The geography of producers is rather extensive – there will be products from five continents.

One of Russia's most famous organic food producers, OOO Shulgino (trademark M2), will present an even more interesting exposition than a year ago. The company is actively developing, and today the product range includes dairy products, cheeses, meat, sausages, fish, delicatessen products, baby products, vegetables, fruit, bread, preserves and drinks, including wine and organic beer.

If your business interests include alcoholic beverages, be sure to stop by Wine Discovery's stand: the company's exposition will enable you to discover the diversity of the organic wine world. 

Real coconut milk, refreshing coconut water, traditional Thai soups - Thailand's finest products will be found at the stand of RKS Trading House.

United Spices will present premium spices and products made from organic coconuts grown in Sri Lanka.

A traditionally wide range of grocery products, sauces, spices, oil, as well as confectionery, drinks, juices, tea, and cocoa will be demonstrated by Arivera.

Products of the XXII century will present groceries, oils, dried fruits, spices, seasonings, gluten-free grains, protein powders, products for diabetics, and, of course, superfoods - a natural source of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - supplied to Russia from Peru, India, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and other countries.

A number of premieres of the Prodexpo Organic salon will take place. For the first time, the Russian company Amrita, a supplier of organic food, spices, superfoods and tea from India and Sri Lanka, will take part in the exhibition.

Undoubtedly, a Russian product organic pumpkin (botanical varieties "Rossianka" and "Konfetka"), which will be presented by Sugar Company Stolitsa, will attract much attention.

Prodexpo Organic is strengthening its presence in 2022 with producers from Turkey. For the first time, Avofarm and Inkatek will exhibit. Thus, Avofarm's organic coconut, avocado and macadamia oils will be added to the offer for buyers. A wide range of organic products will be presented by Inkatek: virgin coconut oil, cocoa products, chocolate bars, pastes and spices.

Another landmark premiere is the products of Sambazon, the largest producer of products made from açai, a superfood berry native to the Amazon jungle. The company has a wide range of organic products. At Prodexpo 2022, the Brazilian producer decided to present two types of frozen açai pulp, açai sorbet and a one-of-a-kind product - ready-to-eat açai bowls - a thick smoothie.
