Day of the Smart City Project of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities  will take place as part of Russian Construction Week 2025 on 12 March at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds.

The Smart City Project will become a platform for dialogue between leading developers, representatives of government agencies, and suppliers of innovative solutions, where they will discuss key issues of development of apartment buildings and urban infrastructure of the future. The expected speakers include representatives of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities, the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media, as well as leaders of the construction industry such as Samolet Group, Kortros Group, Setl Group, and others.

The central event of the Smart City day will be the final round of the open Competition of Smart Apartment Buildings. Infrastructure for Life, which will give a unique opportunity for suppliers of equipment, technologies and services to present their innovative solutions to leading Russian property developers.

The day will open with the Plenary Session: Smart City – Smart Russia. The next event will a panel discussion on digitalisation and landscaping in the construction industry. The closing event will be the final round of the open Competition of Smart Apartment Buildings. Infrastructure for Life.

The meetings will be moderated by Anatoly Kurmanov, Chair at the Expert Council of the Smart City Competence Centre.

The events are aimed at finding new solutions in the areas of digitalisation, landscaping, urban environment, electric charging infrastructure, and technological equipment of residential complexes. It provides all participants with a unique opportunity to discuss current trends for smart cities, share experience, and generate new business contacts.

The Smart City day will be part of the rich conference programme of Russian Construction Week 2025, which will bring together the key players of the construction market.

Russian Construction Week includes RosBuild, an international exhibition dedicated to construction and finishing materials, and World of Glass, an exhibition focused on glass products and technologies. In addition, the programme includes the Forum for Building the Future of Russia Together, whose participants will discuss the most relevant issues of the industry. The Week's events will take place at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds from 11 to 14 March 2025.
