TASS hosted a press conference on the eve of the Russian Forum and Exhibition on the Preschool Childhood Ecosystem that will take place at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds from 24 to 27 September 2024 simultaneously with the 29^th edition of the International Exhibition of Children's Goods Industry – Mir Detstva 2024.

The event was attended by Tatiana Butskaya, First Deputy Chair at the Russian State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Issues of Fatherhood, Motherhood and Childhood, Maxim Fateev, Director General at EXPOCENTRE AO, Elfia Dorofeeva, President at the Association of Development of Quality Preschool Education, and Oxana Goncharova, Director at the Russian Center for Artistics Creation Development and Humanities.

In her opening speech, Tatyana Butskaya called Mir Detstva the main event of the children's industry in Russia. “Thank you, EXPOCENTRE, for all these years of bringing together leading manufacturers and leading associations and raising the most important issues in the industry, and not just raising them, but solving them on your platforms! It is not surprising that the topic of preschool education is now raised at such a high level, and we are discussing it at EXPOCENTRE,” said Tatiana Butskaya.

Maxim Fateev noted during the event that the synergy of the Russian Forum on the Preschool Childhood Ecosystem and Mir Detstva is very relevant today. “It allows to expand the range of purchases for preschool educational institutions, improve their quality, and bring together the professional community, including representatives of new regions of this country,” said Maxim Fateev.

He said that Mir Detstva is the largest exhibition and congress for the children's goods industry in Russia, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Since 1994, it has been bringing together professionals who manufacture and distribute quality products for children. Therefore, the show organisers are pleased to join forces with colleagues from the International Academy of Preschool Education and the Association of Development of Quality Preschool Education, which for many years have united the professional community that provides preschool education in this country.

During his speech, Maxim Fateev drew attention to the fact that Mir Detstva would take place at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds simultaneously with CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2024. Autumn.
