The initiative, called Share Your Knowledge, will be supported by representatives of public associations, statesmen, governors and heads of major Russian corporations. In their turn, schoolchildren and students will visit dozens of enterprises in the format of Open Days, where they will be able not only to broaden their horizons but also to meet potential employers.
The New Knowledge marathon will also include a nation-wide series of events #ВпередКЗнаниям (GoForKnowledge). Participants in the Bolshaya Peremena (Big Break) community will create their own video guidebook to scientific discoveries of the 21st century. In the Russian regions, representatives of major youth organisations will hold a series of educational workshops, lectures and meetings with well-known speakers of the Znaniye (Knowledge) Society. Volunteers of the #МЫВМЕСТЕ (wearetogether) movement will distribute school kits to children from low-income and disadvantaged families.
