Deputy Minister of Health Care of Russia Oleg Salagay sent his welcome address to the participants and visitors to Russian Health Care Week 2019 and the MedTravelExpo 2019 Medical Clinics, Health and Spa Resorts international exhibition held within the Week that would run at Expocentre Fairgrounds on December 2-6.

Russian Health Care Week, says the welcome address, is traditionally held at Expocentre Fairgrounds to showcase the best Russian and foreign practices, technologies and large-scale programmes carried out by various government agencies, associations and unions. Every year the Week brings together leading experts in implementation of national projects aimed to prolong active and healthy life and boost export of medical services.  

“We pay special attention to the National Congress on the Export of Medical Services held as part of the MedTravelExpo exhibition. I am positive that the synergy of these events will help to involve representatives of different Russian regions, owners and heads of state-run and public medical and wellness centres, assistant companies and promoters of medical tourism in discussions of preliminary results of the Federal Project on Development of the Export of Medical Services”, writes the Deputy Minister.

According to him, Expocentre, which celebrates its 60^th anniversary this year, is the main show and networking platform. It creates a beneficial environment for cooperation between companies.
