The 29^th edition of the International Trade Fair for Packaging and Processing Machines – Upakovka 2022. The event is organised by Messe Düsseldorf Moscow OOO and Messe Düsseldorf GmbH. 

The four-day trade fair of packaging technology and equipment will provide an effective b2b platform for business promotion, exchange of experience and getting updated information on new technologies and advanced equipment for the packaging industry. 

Upakovka focuses on such target groups as food, beverages, confectionery and bakery, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, non-food and industrial products and offers its solutions for the packaging sector and related processing industries. The international focus of the trade fair allows visitors to learn about innovations from all over the world and receive offers specifically tailored to their needs. Upakovka 2022 will feature national pavilions and group stands from Germany and Italy. Other exhibitors will come from Austria, China, Czechia, the Netherlands, Russia, Spain, Turkey, and Turkmenistan. 

Today, digitalisation is expanding traditional packaging options. That is why the show actively promotes printing products for packaging and labels – Print for Packaging. It showcases manufacturers of printing equipment and technology, suppliers of printing materials and printing solutions, as well as print shops. 

An integral professional component of Upakovka 2022 is its conference programme, which aims to provide information on current topics of particular importance to the packaging industry in Russia. The conference programme focuses on such topics as sustainability and reduction of food waste, responsible consumption and production in the circular economy, the transition of retail to eco-friendly packaging, and much more. 

The show will run till January 28.
