The 50th Hunting and Fishing in Russia International Exhibition for Hunting, Fishing, Adventure Travel and Water Transport opened today at Expocentre Fairgrounds. The event is organised by VK Expodesign OOO and is held under auspices of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

This autumn, 170 companies from Russia, the Republic of Belarus and South Africa are exhibiting new fishing products on an area of 2,300 square metres.

The Hunting and Fishing in Russia exhibition is popular with both amateurs and professionals. The exposition includes the best samples of goods and services in the field of the hunting and fishing equipment and accessories, weapons, special equipment, technical means and vehicles, fishing and hunting tourism, outdoor activities, thematic literature, souvenirs and gifts of nature. This exhibition project opens up opportunities for discussion, communication and finding new partners.

At the opening ceremony, Sergey Selivanov, First Deputy Director General of EXPOCENTRE AO, congratulated the organisers, exhibitors and visitors on the exhibition's anniversary and wished the project further successful development and prosperity.

"I would like to thank the organisers who have done a lot of work to ensure that the exhibition was held at a high level in the current challenging times for the exhibition industry," he said.

On the occasion of the anniversary, Sergey Selivanov presented EXPOCENTRE’s certificate of acknowledgement to the exhibition organiser, VK Expodesign OOO.

The exhibition runs until 12 September.
