A Seminar on Instagram Sales Funnel for Children's Brands took place on the final day of the 26th CJF – Child and Junior Fashion 2021. Autumn international exhibition at Expocentre Fairgrounds. Katerina Diveeva, the Fashion Consulting Group expert in digital marketing, moderated the event.
The expert began her presentation by discussing global social media trends and statistics claiming that people spend more time on social media during the day than they do chatting with friends, reading books or watching television. And Instagram is a popular and fast-growing social network. In the near future, this platform will be crowded with brands and it will become increasingly difficult to promote on it. The Sales Funnel can help with this.
“A sales funnel is the path your client takes from first introduction to purchase,” explains Katerina Diveeva. - You need it to predict profits, to sell systematically and a lot, and to understand at what stage you are losing a client.
The expert explained how to use the main social networking tools for successful sales and gave practical advice on interacting with your target audience: "People need to be in touch with your brand seven times in the social network: in stories, in the feed, in target, in feedback, comments, through the account itself and communication in Direct", - said Katerina Diveeva.
