A Conference on Food of the Future will take place on April 13 at EXPOCENTRE Fairgrounds. It will become one of the key events of the accompanying programme of the coming Prodexpo 2021 International Exhibition for Food, Beverages, Food Raw Materials.

The event is organised by EXPOCENTRE AO with participation of the Federal Research Institute of Nutrition and Biotechnology. The industry experts will address the range of issues concerning healthy eating and dietetics, functional nutrition, as well as prospects for innovative technology development in the food production.

Presentations by leading experts will focus on topics such as "Functional Foods: Distinctive Properties", "Characteristics of Vegetable and Animal-based Diets", "Innovative Fat Products, Vectors of Movement", "Food Market Prospects: Focus on Fortification" and others.

The conference will be moderated by Alla Pogozheva, a well-known expert in the field of healthy and therapeutic nutrition, who holds a PhD in medicine, is a professor and a leading researcher in nutrition demography and epidemiology at the Federal Research Institute of Nutrition and Biotechnology.
